Chris Richard (Christopher Robert Richard) was born on June 7, 1974 in San Diego, California. He made his Major League debut on July 17, 2000 for the St. Louis Cardinals. In 2000, his rookie year, he hit .265 with 14 home runs and 37 RBI. Richard played for the St. Louis Cardinals, Baltimore Orioles and Colorado Rockies over the course of his 4 year career.

Most people believe that Chris Richard's best season was 2001, when he slugged 15 home runs and knocked in 61 runs.
