Chris Maumalanga (Christian Netane Maumalanga) was born on December 15, 1971 in Redwood City, California. After going to high school at Bishop Montgomery (Hawthorne, CA), Maumalanga attended the University of Kansas. Maumalanga made his professional debut in the NFL in 1994 with the New York Giants. He played for the Arizona Cardinals and New York Giants over the course of his 3 year career.
