[edit] Scouting Report
Running back Chris Johnson will draw a lot of interest from NFL Scouts because of his versatility. He is kind of a hybrid player, half running back, half receiver, with break-away speed and pass catching ability out of the backfield. Johnson has nice size (5’ 11” 195 lbs) and blazing speed. He was clocked at 4.39 in the 40 yard dash in the spring. The NFL loves speedy running backs with great hands and that is exactly what Johnson is. He can also contribute as a kick returner on special teams.
