Chris Hovan (Christopher James Hovan) was born on May 12, 1978 in Rocky River, Ohio. After going to high school at St. Ignatius (Rocky River, OH), Hovan attended Boston College. Hovan made his professional debut in the NFL in 2000 with the Minnesota Vikings. He has played for the Minnesota Vikings and Tampa Bay Buccaneers over the course of his 7 year career.
Most people believe that 2001 was Chris Hovan's best year, as he recorded 6 sacks.
