Born on August 4, 1968 in San Diego, California, Chris Hook (Christopher Wayne Hook) played for the San Francisco Giants for his entire 2 year career. Hook broke into the bigs on April 30, 1995 with the San Francisco Giants, and put up a 5.50 ERA in 52.1 innings pitched in 1995, his rookie year.
