Chris Hanson (Christopher David Hanson) was born on October 25, 1976 in Senioa, Georgia. After going to high school at East Coweta (GA), Hanson attended Marshall University. Hanson made his professional debut in the NFL in 1999 with the Green Bay Packers. He has played for the Jacksonville Jaguars and Green Bay Packers over the course of his 7 year career.

Most people believe that 2005 was Chris Hanson's best year, as he dropped 33 punts inside the 20 and had a 42.9 yard punt average.
