Chris Fontenot (Christopher Dwight Fontenot) was born on July 11, 1974 in Lafayette, Louisiana. After going to high school at Iota (LA), Fontenot attended McNeese State University. Fontenot made his professional debut in the NFL in 1998 with the Philadelphia Eagles. He played for the Philadelphia Eagles for his entire 1 year career.
