Chris Fletcher (Christopher C. Fletcher) was born on December 25, 1948 in Morristown, New Jersey. After going to high school at East Orange (NJ), Fletcher attended Temple University and United States International University. Fletcher made his professional debut in the NFL in 1970 with the San Diego Chargers. He played for the San Diego Chargers for his entire 7 year career.
Most people believe that 1971 was Chris Fletcher's best year, as he picked off 3 passes and ran back an interception for a touchdown.
