Chris Devlin (Christopher James Devlin) was born on November 22, 1953 in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. After going to high school at North Allegheny (Pittsburgh, PA), Devlin attended Pennsylvania State University. Devlin made his professional debut in the NFL in 1975 with the Cincinnati Bengals. He played for the Cincinnati Bengals for his entire 3 year career.
Most people believe that 1976 was Chris Devlin's best year.
