Chris Carter (Christopher Gary Carter) was born on September 27, 1974 in Tyler, Texas. After going to high school at John Tyler (Tyler, TX), Carter attended the University of Texas. Carter made his professional debut in the NFL in 1997 with the New England Patriots. He played for the New England Patriots, Cincinnati Bengals and Houston Texans over the course of his 6 year career.
Most people believe that 1999 was Chris Carter's best year, as he picked off 3 passes.
