Born on April 3, 1963 in Carmichael, California, Chris Bosio (Christopher Louis Bosio) played for the Milwaukee Brewers and Seattle Mariners over the course of his 11 year career. Bosio broke into the bigs on August 3, 1986 with the Milwaukee Brewers, and put up a 5.24 ERA in 170 innings pitched in 1987, his rookie year.

Most people believe that Chris Bosio's best season was 1989, when he posted a 2.95 ERA, won 15 games and struck out 173 batters.
