Chip Oliver

Chip Oliver (Ralph Oliver) was born on April 24, 1946 in Winona, Mississippi. After going to high school at Herbert Hoover (San Diego, CA), Oliver attended San Diego City College and the University of Southern California. Oliver made his professional debut in the AFL in 1968 with the Oakland Raiders. He played for the Oakland Raiders for his entire 2 year career.
Most people believe that 1969 was Chip Oliver's best year, as he ran back an interception for a touchdown.
