Chip Healy (William Raymond Healy, Jr.) was born on August 16, 1947 in Atlanta, Georgia. After going to high school at Byalor Prep (Chattanooga, TN), Healy attended Vanderbilt Universtiy. Healy made his professional debut in the NFL in 1969 with the St. Louis Cardinals. He played for the St. Louis Cardinals for his entire 2 year career.
