Chip Coulter (Thomas Lee Coulter) was born on June 5, 1945 in Steubenville, Ohio. He made his Major League debut on September 18, 1969 for the St. Louis Cardinals. Coulter played for the St. Louis Cardinals for his entire 1 year career.
