The Kansas City Chiefs came to terms with three NFLE players--G Tyler Lenda, WR Scott McCready, and FB J.R. Niklos.
Lenda spent three years with the Amsterdam Admirals. He appeared in 30 games (20 starts) for the Admirals. McCready has spent the past five seasons playing for the Scottish Claymores and the Hamburg Sea Devils. McCready caught 182 passes for 2,079 yards 11.4 avg. with nine touchdowns during his time in Europe, ranking second in NFLEL history in both receptions and receiving yards. Niklos spent the last two seasons with the Frankfurt Galaxy earning 340 yards on 93 carries.
(Anyway, in the spirit of "adopt a team" I've been keeping the Chiefs depth-chart up-to-the minute. I encourage more of you to do this, especially if anybody gets the unique opportunity to visit any training camps in a couple of months. First-hand accounts of how position battles are playing out is exactly the kind of thing that can help push this site above others)
