Chetti Carr (Chester L. Carr) was born on January 1, 1963 in Enid, Oklahoma. After going to high school at Enid (OK), Carr attended Northwestern Oklahoma State University and the University of Central Oklahoma. Carr made his professional debut in the NFL in 1987 with the Los Angeles Raiders. He played for the Los Angeles Raiders for his entire 1 year career.
