Chet Winters (Chester Winters) was born on October 22, 1960 in Chicago, Illinois. After going to high school at Jacksonville (AR), Winters attended the University of Oklahoma. Winters made his professional debut in the NFL in 1983 with the Green Bay Packers. He played for the Green Bay Packers for his entire 1 year career.
