Charlie Timmons (Charles Truman Timmons) was born on February 8, 1917 in Piedmont, South Carolina. Timmons attended Clemson University. Timmons made his professional debut in the AAFC in 1946 with the Brooklyn Dodgers. He played for the Brooklyn Dodgers for his entire 1 year career.
