Charlie Rutkowski (Charles Robert Rutkowski) was born on January 17, 1938 in Racine, Wisconsin. After going to high school at St. Catherine's (Racine, WI), Rutkowski attended Ripon College. Rutkowski made his professional debut in the AFL in 1960 with the Buffalo Bills. He played for the Buffalo Bills for his entire 1 year career.
