Charlie Jamerson (Charles Dewey Jamerson) was born on January 26, 1900 in Enfield, Illinois. After going to high school at Clarendon (AR), Jamerson attended the University of Arkansas. Jamerson made his professional debut in the NFL in 1926 with the Hartford Blues. He played for the Hartford Blues for his entire 1 year career.
