Charlie Evans (Jack Charles Evans) was born on January 10, 1948 in Gardena, California. After going to high school at Gardena (CA), Evans attended The Univesity of Utah and the University of Southern California. Evans made his professional debut in the NFL in 1971 with the New York Giants. He played for the New York Giants and Washington Redskins over the course of his 4 year career.
Most people believe that 1972 was Charlie Evans's best year, as he ran in 4 TDs.
