Born on January 1, 1910 in Milton, Massachusetts, Charlie Devens (Charles Devens) played for the New York Yankees for his entire 3 year career. Devens broke into the bigs on September 24, 1932 with the New York Yankees, and put up a 4.35 ERA in 62 innings pitched in 1933, his rookie year.
