Charlie Brackins (Charles Brackins) was born on January 12, 1932 in Dallas, Texas. After going to high school at Lincoln (Dallas, TX), Brackins attended Prairie View A&M University. Brackins made his professional debut in the NFL in 1955 with the Green Bay Packers. He played for the Green Bay Packers for his entire 1 year career.
