Charlie Berry (Charles Francis Berry) was born on October 18, 1902 in Phillipsburg, New Jersey. After going to high school at Phillipsburg (NJ), Berry attended Lafayette College. Berry made his professional debut in the NFL in 1925 with the Pottsville Maroons. He played for the Pottsville Maroons for his entire 2 year career.
Most people believe that 1926 was Charlie Berry's best year, as he ran back a fumble for a touchdown.
