Charley Fuller (Charles Earl Fuller) was born on January 22, 1939 in Vicksburg, Mississippi. After going to high school at Vallejo (CA), Fuller attended San Francisco State University. Fuller made his professional debut in the AFL in 1961 with the Oakland Raiders. He played for the Oakland Raiders for his entire 2 year career.

Most people believe that 1961 was Charley Fuller's best year.
