Charley Britt

Charley Britt (Charles William Britt) was born on March 20, 1938 in Augusta, Georgia. After going to high school at North Augusta (GA), Britt attended the University of Georgia. Britt made his professional debut in the NFL in 1960 with the Los Angeles Rams. He played for the Los Angeles Rams and San Francisco 49ers over the course of his 5 year career.
Most people believe that 1960 was Charley Britt's best year, as he picked off 5 passes and ran back an interception for a touchdown.
