Charles Wiley (Charles Kennedy Wiley) was born on December 9, 1964. After going to high school at James Madison (San Diego, CA), Wiley attended the University of Nevada-Las Vegas. Wiley made his professional debut in the NFL in 1987 with the Seattle Seahawks. He played for the Seattle Seahawks for his entire 1 year career.
