Charles Weaver (Charles A. Weaver) was born on November 1, 1905 in Cushman, Arkansas. After going to high school at Jonesboro (AR), Weaver attended Unversity of Chicago. Weaver made his professional debut in the NFL in 1930 with the Portsmouth Spartans. He played for the Portsmouth Spartans for his entire 1 year career.
