Charles Riggins (Charles La Carda Riggins) was born on November 9, 1959 in Sanford, Florida. After going to high school at Seminole (Sanford, FL), Riggins attended Bethune-Cookman College. Riggins made his professional debut in the NFL in 1987 with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. He played for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers for his entire 1 year career.
