Charles Mincy (Charles Anthony Mincy) was born on December 16, 1969 in Los Angeles, California. After going to high school at Dorsey (Los Angeles, CA), Mincy attended Pasadena City College and the University of Washington. Mincy made his professional debut in the NFL in 1992 with the Kansas City Chiefs. He played for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Kansas City Chiefs, Oakland Raiders and Minnesota Vikings over the course of his 8 year career.

Most people believe that 1992 was Charles Mincy's best year, as he picked off 4 passes, ran back 2 interceptions for touchdowns and ran back a fumble for a touchdown.
