Charles Milner (Charles Edgar Milner) was born on March 7, 1919 in Waynesville, North Carolina. Milner attended Duke University and the University of South Carolina. Milner made his professional debut in the NFL in 1947 with the Chicago Bears. He played for the Chicago Bears and New York Giants over the course of his 4 year career.
Most people believe that 1947 was Charles Milner's best year.
