Charles Mann (Charles Mann) was born on April 12, 1961 in Sacramento, California. After going to high school at Valley (Sacramento, CA), Mann attended the University of Nevada-Reno. Mann made his professional debut in the NFL in 1983 with the Washington Redskins. He played for the Washington Redskins and San Francisco 49ers over the course of his 12 year career.
Most people believe that 1985 was Charles Mann's best year, as he recorded 14.5 sacks.
