Charles Gladman (Charles R. Gladman) was born on February 2, 1966 in Akron, Ohio. After going to high school at Garfield (Akron, OH), Gladman attended the University of Pittsburgh. Gladman made his professional debut in the NFL in 1987 with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. He played for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers for his entire 1 year career.
