Charles Gipson (Charles Wells Gipson) was born on December 16, 1972 in Orange, California. He made his Major League debut on March 31, 1998 for the Seattle Mariners. Gipson played for the Seattle Mariners, New York Yankees, Tampa Bay Devil Rays and Houston Astros over the course of his 8 year career.
