Chalmers Ault (Chalmers Augustus Ault) was born on July 10, 1900 in Jacobsburg, Ohio. After going to high school at Moundsville (WV), Ault attended West Virginia Wesleyan College. Ault made his professional debut in the NFL in 1924 with the Cleveland Bulldogs. He played for the Cleveland Bulldogs for his entire 2 year career.
