Chad Mottola (Charles Edward Mottola) was born on October 15, 1971 in Augusta, Georgia. He made his Major League debut on April 23, 1996 for the Cincinnati Reds. Mottola played for the Cincinnati Reds, Toronto Blue Jays, Florida Marlins and Baltimore Orioles over the course of his 5 year career.
