Born on September 3, 1970 in Coronado, California, Chad Fox (Chad Douglas Fox) played for the Atlanta Braves, Milwaukee Brewers, Florida Marlins, Boston Red Sox and Chicago Cubs over the course of his 8 year career. Fox broke into the bigs on July 13, 1997 with the Atlanta Braves, and put up a 3.95 ERA in 57 innings pitched in 1998, his rookie year.

Most people believe that Chad Fox's best season was 2001, when he posted a 1.89 ERA and struck out 80 batters.
