Cephus Weatherspoon (Cephus Weatherspoon) was born on June 14, 1948 in Meridian, Mississippi. After going to high school at Globe (AZ), Weatherspoon attended Fort Lewis College and Mesa Community College. Weatherspoon made his professional debut in the NFL in 1972 with the New Orleans Saints. He played for the New Orleans Saints for his entire 1 year career.
