Celtics the best in the East?

You can probably assume with the acquisitions of Ray Allen and Kevin Garnett that the Boston Celtics will win the East. Let's take a look at who might give the Celtics a hard time:
1) Pistons - This team is going to come out firing after having the best record in the east last year and then losing in the Eastern Conference Finals to the Cavaliers. I just think that Chauncey Billups is going to have an MVP type season. The Pistons are probably the most well balanced team to beat the Celtics.
2) Heat - D. Wade will most likely miss the first week or two of the season, but with the acquisition of Ricky "Buckets" Davis and Shaq starting healthy, the Heat will dominate. The only problem I have is the health issue, can Shaq stay healthy for 82 games? Look for the Heat to be eliminated by the Celtics in the second round of the playoffs.
3) Cavaliers - King Lebron and the Eastern Conference Champions, Cleveland Cavaliers have a bulls eye written all over them. Anderson Varajeo is still unsigned and the season starts on Tuesday so when/if he signs he won't be thrown into the fire quickly. I am expecting a slow start but a strong finish. Yes the Cavs will make the playoffs as probably the number 4 seed but I see the Bulls upsetting them in the first round.
These three teams all have the chance to beat the Celtics but I don't see it happening.
