Cecil Collins (Cecil J.P. Collins) was born on November 19, 1976 in Fort Knox, Kentucky. After going to high school at Leesville (LA), Collins attended Louisiana State University and McNeese State University. Collins made his professional debut in the NFL in 1999 with the Miami Dolphins. He played for the Miami Dolphins for his entire 1 year career.
