Ceasar Belser (Ceasar Edward Belser) was born on September 13, 1944 in Montgomery, Alabama. After going to high school at Carver (Montgomery, AL), Belser attended the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff. Belser made his professional debut in the AFL in 1968 with the Kansas City Chiefs. He played in the AFL for 2 years, playing for the Kansas City Chiefs the entire time. Belser also played in the NFL for 3 years, playing for the Kansas City Chiefs and San Francisco 49ers over the course of his 3 year NFL career.

Most people believe that 1968 was Ceasar Belser's best year.
