Carroll Ringwalt (Carroll Walter Ringwalt) was born on December 15, 1907 in Bedford, Indiana. Ringwalt attended Indiana University. Ringwalt made his professional debut in the NFL in 1930 with the Portsmouth Spartans. He played for the Frankford Yellow Jackets and Portsmouth Spartans over the course of his 2 year career.
