[edit] Biography
Born on April 14, 1971 in Nigua, San Cristobal (Dominican Republic), Carlos Perez (Carlos Gross Perez) played for the Montreal Expos and Los Angeles Dodgers over the course of his 5 year career. Perez broke into the bigs on April 27, 1995 with the Montreal Expos, and put up a 3.69 ERA in 141.1 innings pitched in 1995, his rookie year.
