Carlos Mendoza (Carlos Ramon Mendoza) was born on November 4, 1974 in Ciudad Bolivar, Bolivar (Venezuela). He made his Major League debut on September 3, 1997 for the New York Mets. Mendoza played for the New York Mets and Colorado Rockies over the course of his 2 year career.
