Carlos Brown (Carlos Allen Brown) was born on July 31, 1952 in Shreveport, Louisiana. After going to high school at Riverdale (CA), Brown attended the University of Pacific. Brown made his professional debut in the NFL in 1975 with the Green Bay Packers. He played for the Green Bay Packers for his entire 2 year career.

Most people believe that 1976 was Carlos Brown's best year.
