Carlos Brooks (Carlos Brooks) was born on May 8, 1971 in Hamilton, Ohio. After going to high school at Middletown (OH), Brooks attended Bowling Green State University. Brooks made his professional debut in the NFL in 1995 with the Arizona Cardinals. He played for the Arizona Cardinals for his entire 1 year career.
