Carlos Bell (Carlos Bell) was born on September 21, 1947 in Clinton, Oklahoma. After going to high school at Clinton (OK), Bell attended South Texas Community College and the University of Houston. Bell made his professional debut in the NFL in 1971 with the New Orleans Saints. He played for the New Orleans Saints for his entire 1 year career.
