Carl Sullivan (Carl Jeffrey Sullivan) was born on April 30, 1962 in San Jose, California. After going to high school at Abraham Lincoln (San Francisco, CA), Sullivan attended City College of San Francisco and San Jose State University. Sullivan made his professional debut in the NFL in 1987 with the Green Bay Packers. He played for the Green Bay Packers for his entire 1 year career.
