Carl Samuelson

Carl Samuelson (Carl Clinton Samuelson) was born on April 11, 1922 in Grand Island, Nebraska. After going to high school at Grand Island (NE), Samuelson attended the University of Nebraska. Samuelson made his professional debut in the NFL in 1948 with the Pittsburgh Steelers. He played for the Pittsburgh Steelers for his entire 4 year career.
Most people believe that 1949 was Carl Samuelson's best year, as he ran back a fumble for a touchdown.
