Carl Powis (Carl Edgar Powis) was born on January 11, 1928 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He made his Major League debut on April 15, 1957 for the Baltimore Orioles. Powis played for the Baltimore Orioles for his entire 1 year career.
